Located in Fair Lawn and serving the Bergen County and Northern New Jersey area, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, Dr. David Lipson, utilizes the latest surgical techniques in his practice of aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery.
With the experience gained over 35 years in private practice dedicated to aesthetic surgery, we know that women have breast augmentation for many different reasons. For some, it is a minor enhancement to balance the figure and build self-confidence. For many, it is a way to undo the damage done by pregnancy, lactation and /or weight fluctuation. Some women opt for implants to achieve a breast lift, while for others, breast augmentation can be helpful for a career move. In our office, we are sensitive to the varied and individual reasons why women seek out this procedure.

As we often say, it's the time spent with the doctor before surgery that is most important. We have an in-office surgery facility accredited by AAAASF (American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities) and licensed by the state of New Jersey. We continue to offer free, private consultations with Dr. Lipson, including an in-depth discussion of the pros and cons of the surgery, the optimal technique and implant size to achieve the desired result, and of course, the fee. Our fees are inclusive of all service, surgery, facility charge, anesthetist, implants, photography and all postoperative care.
